“十五”期间河北省国有亏损企业托管经营战略研究,是针对河北省国有独资和国有控股企业中中轻度亏损的中小型企业,以信托理论和委托代理理论为指导,借鉴德国国有企业托管经营以及我国部分亏损企业实施托管经营的成功经验,借助现代科学的调查统计分析方法,从战略研究的角度力求探索河北省国有亏损企业托管经营的有效途径,从而使国有企业有效地在短期内解决资金不足、设备技术落后、金融负债严重、管理方法陈旧等严重问题,给国有企业引入有效的激励机制,促进现代企业制度的建立。
The strategy for the custody business of state-owned loss-making enterprises in Hebei Province during the “10th Five-Year Plan” period is for small and medium-sized enterprises with medium-to-medium-sized losses in state-owned and state-controlled enterprises in Hebei Province. It is guided by trust theory and principal-agent theory and borrowed from the state-owned enterprises of Germany. The successful experiences of management and some loss-making enterprises in China in the implementation of custody business, with the help of modern scientific investigation and statistical analysis methods, from the perspective of strategic research to explore the effective way of custody of state-owned loss-making enterprises in Hebei Province, so that the state-owned enterprises can effectively solve in the short term The serious problems such as insufficient funds, lagging equipment technology, serious financial liabilities, and outdated management methods introduce effective incentive mechanisms to state-owned enterprises and promote the establishment of modern enterprise systems.
