政党适应性是衡量政党成熟程度的重要尺度。在非公经济领域增强党的适应性,推进党的建设是提高党的社会影响力,巩固和扩大党的执政基础的战略部署。传统的以制度和体制来保障党的政治核心地位的方式并不适用于作为市场经济独立主体的非公企业。加强非公企业党建的首要问题是党组织如何取得合法性;其次是如何有效作为,避免党的力量与影响被“边缘化”。温州在非公企业党建的探索初步回答了这些问题:党组织要以非公企业的利益和需求为出发点,通过有效作为使党的建设成为企业的内在需求。
The adaptability of political parties is an important measure of the maturity of political parties.
