为确定急性脑梗塞( A C I) 是否存在对髓鞘素碱性蛋白( M B P) 、髓鞘素结合糖蛋白( M A G) 和含脂质蛋白( P L P) 的 B 细胞免疫应答,采用酶联免疫斑点( E L I S P O T) 技术检测了发病后4周内的 A C I和其它神经疾病( O N D) 对照组患者外周血和脑脊液( C S F) 的 M B P、 M A G 和 P L P 抗体分泌细胞。发现 A C I和 O N D 外周血检出的 Ig G、 Ig A、 Ig M 三种表型 M B P、 M A G 和 P L P 抗体分泌细胞数无显著差异,但 A C I患者 C S F 的 Ig G 型 M B P、 M A G 和 P L P 抗体分泌细胞数呈显著性增高。推测 A C I的缺血损伤可导致 C N S内 B 细胞激活及对髓鞘素抗原的 B 细胞免疫应答,其病理意义尚有待探讨。
To determine whether acute mycotic infarction (AIC) is immunized against myelin basic protein (M B P), myelin-binding glycoprotein (M A G), and lipoprotein (P L P) -containing B cells Response, the levels of peripheral blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in patients with ACI and other neurologic disease (O N D) controls within 4 weeks after onset of disease were measured using ELISPOT technique M B P, M A G and P L P antibody secreting cells. Found that there was no significant difference in the number of secreted cells of M B P, M A G and P L P between the three phenotypes of Ig G, Ig A and Ig M detected in peripheral blood of A C I and O N D, The number of secreted cells of Ig G M B P, M A G and P L P of S F was significantly increased. It is hypothesized that the ischemic injury of A C I can lead to the activation of B cells in C N S and the B cell immune response to myelin antigens. The pathological significance remains to be explored.
