我们应用脉冲多普勒检测44例冠脉病变的二尖瓣舒张期血流频谱,现将结果报道如下。资料与方法对象分三组。1组:正常人30例,男性19例,女性11例,平均年龄57.3岁。2组:冠心病(心绞痛为主)23例,男性17例,女性6例,平均年龄59.8岁。3组:心肌梗塞(陈旧性)21例,男性19例,女性2例,平均年龄61.5岁。三组均窦性心律。凡高血压和明显瓣膜返流者皆剔除。检测前停心血管药物3天。采用Hp-77020AC 二维彩色多普勒超声仪,探头频率2.5MHZ,取样轴线与实际血流方向的夹角<19°,
We applied pulse Doppler detection of 44 cases of coronary artery disease mitral diastolic blood flow spectrum, the results reported below. Data and methods are divided into three groups. Group 1: 30 normal subjects, 19 males and 11 females, with an average age of 57.3 years. Group 2: Coronary heart disease (angina pectoris) 23 cases, 17 males and 6 females, with an average age of 59.8 years. Group 3: myocardial infarction (old) in 21 cases, 19 males and 2 females, with an average age of 61.5 years. Three groups were sinus rhythm. Where high blood pressure and significant valve regurgitation were removed. Cardiovascular drugs were stopped for 3 days before testing. Using Hp-77020AC two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound system, the probe frequency 2.5MHZ, the sampling axis and the actual direction of the blood flow angle <19 °,
