儒家思想在我国具有深远的影响,在人们的潜意识形态中早已根深蒂固。儒家传统正是当今许多行政现象的深层次文化根源,比如重人治而轻法治、流于形式的民主制度、官本位思想等等,我们应该加以克服。其实,儒家思想中也有许多有益的成分,比如重视领导者的素质、尚贤使能等,我们就应该继续发扬光大。
Confucianism has far-reaching influence in our country and has long been deeply rooted in people’s subconsciousness. The Confucian tradition is precisely the in-depth cultural roots of many administrative phenomena today, such as the rule of man by rule of law, the mere formalism of democracy and official-oriented thinking, which we should overcome. In fact, there are many beneficial elements in Confucianism. For example, we should attach importance to the quality of the leader and enable Shangxian to make progress so that we should continue to flourish.
