目的探讨凯时注射液对早期糖尿病肾病的疗效及其血液流变学的影响。方法将60例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组(n=28)和治疗组(n=32)。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予凯时注射液静脉滴注,疗程3周。观察治疗前、治疗后两组的血压、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血肌酐(Cr)、尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)以及低切变率、高切变率下的全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞变形指数的改变。结果治疗结束时治疗组及对照组各项指标除HbA1c外,均较治疗前均有好转(P<0.01);治疗后,治疗组的血Cr低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组尿UAER也低于对照组(P<0.01);血纤维蛋白原、全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数均低于对照组,红细胞变形指数高于治疗前(P值均<0.01)。结论在常规治疗基础上,前列腺素E1可以有效延缓早期糖尿病肾病的进展,其机制和降低血液粘度有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Kaye injection on early diabetic nephropathy and its hemorheology. Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, prostaglandin E1 can effectively delay the progress of early diabetic nephropathy, the mechanism of which is related to the decrease of blood viscosity.
