目的研究城市基层医疗单位患者送检标本中检出的金黄色葡萄球菌及其耐药性,以便加强社区感染管理。方法采用细菌学鉴定技术和药敏试验方法,对深圳市某医院所属社区健康服务中心患者标本进行了检测与评价。结果从这些基层医疗单位患者送检标本中共检出金黄色葡萄球菌153株,主要分离自痰液,占69.9%;其次是创面分泌物,占20.9%。在153株金黄色葡萄球菌中,耐甲氧西林(MRSA)菌株占24.18%。临床分离的金黄色葡萄球菌对替考拉宁、万古霉素、夫西地酸、呋喃妥因和利福平等抗菌药物全部敏感,对部分临床常用抗菌药物耐药率达到80%以上。结论深圳部分基层医疗单位临床分离金黄色葡萄球菌主要来自痰液标本,MRSA菌株分离率较高,耐药严重。
Objective To study the detection of Staphylococcus aureus and its drug resistance in the specimens of patients from urban primary medical units in order to strengthen community infection management. Methods Bacteriological identification and drug susceptibility test methods were used to detect and evaluate the samples of patients from community health centers affiliated to a hospital in Shenzhen. Results A total of 153 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were detected in the samples from the primary medical units, mainly from sputum, accounting for 69.9%, followed by wound secretions, accounting for 20.9%. Of 153 Staphylococcus aureus, methicillin-resistant (MRSA) strains accounted for 24.18%. Staphylococcus aureus is clinically sensitive to all antimicrobials such as teicoplanin, vancomycin, fusidic acid, nitrofurantoin and rifampicin, and is over 80% resistant to some clinically used antimicrobial agents. Conclusions The clinical isolates of Staphylococcus aureus from primary medical units in Shenzhen mainly come from sputum samples. The isolation rate of MRSA strains is high and the drug resistance is serious.
