随着围产期保健及优生工作的加强和质量的提高,围产儿的死亡率逐年下降。但是低体重儿由于出生的体重低,对外界的应激能力差,所以死亡率仍然较高。本文对我院1998年12月～2002年6月间分娩的足月低体重儿34例加以分析与总结。
With the perinatal care and eugenics work to strengthen and improve the quality of perinatal mortality decreased year by year. However, low birth weight children are still at high mortality due to their low birth weight and poor ability to respond to the outside world. In this paper, our hospital from December 1998 to June 2002 childbirth full-term low birth weight children 34 cases were analyzed and summarized.
