近些年来,高职教育改革如荼如火的进行。在这一改革的大背景下,如何根据社会的需求,培养具有专业实践能力的文秘人才成为高职文秘专业必须审视的问题。对于高职文秘专业的改革,就必须以社会需求为背景,从教育管理,课程体系和师资队伍的建设等多方面进行有针对性的改革。
In recent years, higher vocational education reform in full swing. Under the background of this reform, how to cultivate clerical talents with professional practical ability according to the needs of the society has become a problem which must be examined by vocational secretarial professionals. For the reform of secretarial specialty in higher vocational colleges, we must take the social needs as the background, from the education management, curriculum system and the construction of teaching staff and other aspects of targeted reforms.
