This article describes the SS_6 electric locomotive traction motor casting technical conditions and the Hitachi Hill handicraft casting process characteristics. Through the analysis of the casting process in Japan, it provides a useful enlightenment for the localization of the traction motor of SS_6 electric locomotive.
