In the reform of state-owned enterprises in China, we should adopt a strategy of assets concentration to key industries. Implementing this strategy is conducive to the complete and accurate implementation of the principle of “grasping the large and putting in light” and laying a good industrial foundation for the healthy development of China’s economy. Concentration strategy helps to improve the operational quality of state-owned assets. There are currently tens of millions of state-owned enterprises.
