抗战期间,国民政府为加强国际宣传曾分期派选民间知名人士出国演讲。军委会参事室主任王世杰奉命拟具加派人员出国宣传各原则,以加强相关政策指导。
During the war of resistance against Japan, the national government to strengthen international publicity has been phased election of celebrities to go abroad speech.
