《MARPOL—73/78公约》已于1983年10月2日并对我国生效。为进一步论证鲇鱼湾新港油二期工程单点系泊码头污水上岸设施的依据和规模,我们受大连港建港指挥部的委托,以船舶动态卡为依据,对十年来到港的3千多条油轮进行了统计分析。统计结果表明,73/78防污公约实施以来油轮压舱水结构发生了很大变化,压舱水量逐年减少。
The MARPOL-73/78 Convention entered into force for my country on October 2, 1983. In order to further demonstrate the basis and scale of the sewage landed facilities of the single-point mooring piers for the second phase project of Port Shelter Bay New Port Oils, we are entrusted by the Port of Hong Kong Headquarters for Port Construction and based on the dynamic card of ships, A number of oil tankers were analyzed. The statistical results show that the structure of tanker ballast has undergone great changes since the implementation of MARPOL 73/78 and the ballast water volume has been decreasing year by year.
