中央政府推出了新型农村合作医疗体制,把广大农民的医疗保障问题通过农民互助共济的方式来解决。但从目前操作来看,农民看病难的问题仍然没有得到多大解决。对于许多农民来说,一旦生病即使参加了新型农村合作医疗,看病难依然是摆在面前的头等大事。2007年,安徽省宣城市宣州区被纳入了新型农村合作医疗试点县,但是惧于高额的费用,不少农民仍然没有勇气踏进医院的门槛。
The central government has introduced a new rural cooperative medical system, which solves the problems of farmers’ medical security through mutual help and mutual help among farmers. However, from the current operation point of view, the problem of farmers’ difficulty in seeing a doctor has still not been solved. For many farmers, once they become ill and even participate in the new rural cooperative medical system, the difficulty in seeing a doctor is still a top priority. In 2007, Xuanzhou District of Xuancheng City in Anhui Province was included in the pilot county of the new rural cooperative medical system. However, fear of high costs, many farmers still have no courage to enter the threshold of the hospital.
