优化现场管理逐步实现企业管理整体优化,是机电工业企业面临的一项重要任务。在省、市经委和省机电厅的指导下,太重集团公司结合本企业实际,把“强化管理意识,狠抓生产现场,推进整体优化”做为工厂方针目标的一顶重点工作,认真组织,狠抓落实。管理工作一年上一个新台阶:1988年进入国家二级企业行列;1989年通过国家级安全性评价验收合格;1990年荣获机电部“机械工业企业管理优秀单位”称号;1991年开始优化现场管理,促进了企业整体优化,从而使企业素质不断提高;1992年实现停亏进入全国500家行列;1993年实现利润600余万元居全国九大重机之首。目前,公司18个厂的现场管理有4个厂达到省机电厅规定的二级水平,14个厂达三级水平,获得太原市现场管理优秀企业称号。太重集团公司在厂房陈旧,设备严重老化,企业资金极度困难的情况下,坚持从实际出发,本着不花钱或少花钱也办事的原则,凡是通过加强组织领导和严格制度管理能办到的事先办,凡改善生产现场条件非花钱不可的事,本着自力更生,量力而行,先重点后一般,先局部后整体,分期分批到位的原则逐步来办。全公司上下联动,点
