云南云天化股份有限公司近日发布关于设立子公司的公告。公告称,为加快实施公司创新驱动战略,优化配置创新资源,建立灵活、高效、适应市场的研发管理机制和科研人才激励机制,激活创新研发动力引擎,增强公司研发机构的独立运营能力。公司对下属机构重庆研发中心进行分拆重组设立全资子公司,公司持有其100%股权。
Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd. recently issued a notice on the establishment of subsidiaries. The announcement said that in order to speed up the implementation of the company’s innovation-driven strategy, optimize the allocation of innovative resources, establish a flexible, efficient and market-oriented R & D management mechanism and scientific research personnel incentive mechanism, activate innovation and research and development engine, enhance the company’s R & D institutions independent operation capability. The subsidiary of Chongqing R & D center for the spin-off restructuring set up a wholly owned subsidiary, the company holds 100% of its equity.
