本文通过对《决定》全文的学习,结合思想政治工作的职能作用,笔者认为,十八届四中全会从四个方面对思想政治工作提出了新要求。
Through the study of the full text of Decision and the function of ideological and political work, the author believes that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward new requirements on ideological and political work from four aspects.
