目的:从壳斗科植物中筛选多酚类成分含量高、抗氧化能力强,具开发价值的植物资源。方法:采用Folin-酚法对8种壳斗科植物总酚的含量进行测定,通过1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼(DPPH)法,2,2-连氮-双-(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉磺酸-6)二铵盐ABTS自由基清除法、Fe2+螯合法和Fe3+还原法等4种方法评价其提取物的抗氧化能力,分析其总酚含量和抗氧化能力的关系。结果:在所选取的8种壳斗科植物中,红锥的总酚含量最高,为10.61%,其次为大叶栎10.09%。综合4种抗氧化能力检测结果,8种植物都有很好的抗氧化能力,其中红锥抗氧化能力最强,抗氧化能力与总酚含量存在着较好的量效关系。结论:8种壳斗科植物中红锥与大叶栎为最具开发成与抗氧化活性相关的保健品及护肤品的资源植物。
OBJECTIVE: To screen plant resources with high content of polyphenols, strong antioxidant capacity and development value from Fagaceae plants. Methods: The contents of total phenols in eight Fagaceae plants were determined by Folin-phenol method. The content of total phenols was determined by the method of DPPH and 2,2-azin-bis- 3-ethylbenzothiazoline sulfonic acid-6) diammonium salt ABTS free radical scavenging assay, Fe2 + chelation method and Fe3 + reduction method to evaluate the antioxidant capacity of their extracts, analysis of their total phenolic content and antioxidant Ability of the relationship. Results: Among the eight Fagaceae plants selected, the total content of total phenol in red cone was 10.61%, followed by 10.09% in Quercus glauca. According to the results of the four antioxidant tests, all the eight plants had good antioxidant capacity, of which the red cone had the strongest antioxidant capacity and the better antioxidant activity and total phenolic content. CONCLUSION: Red cone and Quercus variabilis in eight Fagaceae plants are the most developed resource plants for health care products and skin care products that are related to antioxidant activity.
