目的了解无锡市锡山区卫生抽检与健康相关产品微生物监测状况,以提出预防控制措施,为相关部门今后有目的地开展监督监测工作提供可靠的依据。方法对锡山区2006—2008年食品、水、公共场所用品、餐具的监测样品依照国家标准中所规定的方法进行微生物检测,并评价各类样品的合格率,将结果进行统计分析。结果2006—2008年共监测食品、水和公共场所样品5328份,总合格率为84.91%(4524/5328),从总体上看合格率偏低。3年合格率比较,差异有统计学意义。其中食品的合格率为86.87%(3169/3648);水的合格率为64.29%(135/210);公共场所用品的合格率为82.49%(1220/1479);餐具的合格率虽呈逐渐升高趋势,但总合格率仅为52.85%(12968/24538);食品中20%左右的肉及肉制品合格率较低,合格率为72.81%(747/1026)。结论该区各种健康相关产品微生物污染比较严重,卫生行政部门及卫生监督部门应引起高度重视,在日常工作中加强卫生监管力度,提出相应的预防控制措施,以提高全区相关产品的卫生水平。
Objective To understand the status of health sampling and health related products in Xishan District of Wuxi City to monitor the status of microorganisms in order to put forward prevention and control measures and provide a reliable basis for relevant departments to conduct supervision and monitoring purposefully in the future. Methods The monitoring samples of food, water, public places and tableware in Xishan District from 2006 to 2008 were tested for microorganism according to the methods stipulated in the national standards. The qualified rates of all kinds of samples were evaluated and the results were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 5328 samples of food, water and public places were monitored during 2006-2008, with a total pass rate of 84.91% (4524/5328). Overall, the pass rate was low. 3-year pass rate, the difference was statistically significant. Among them, the passing rate of food was 86.87% (3169/3648); the passing rate of water was 64.29% (135/210); the passing rate of public places was 82.49% (1220/1479); the pass rate of tableware was gradually increased However, the overall pass rate was only 52.85% (12968/24538). The passing rate of meat and meat products was about 20% in food with a pass rate of 72.81% (747/1026). Conclusion The microbial contamination of various health related products in this area is quite serious. The health administrative departments and health supervision departments should attach great importance to them and strengthen their health supervision in their routine work. The corresponding preventive and control measures should be put forward so as to improve the hygiene level of related products in the whole district .
