近年来,我国的建筑行业发展速度十分之快,因此,屋面防水建筑的施工技术在不断进步,但尽管如此,其中依然有许多不完善的地方,这极大地影响了建筑工程的施工质量。本文就对这一问题进行了详细的探讨与分析,文章首先分析了我国在此方面存在的不足之处,主要有防水材料质量过低、防水技术设计不完善、防水工程施工质量差、保修制度不合理四个方面;其次,文章在这些问题的基础上提出了相应的解决方法,具有一定的合理性与可行性。
