患者男,15岁。自1982年9月起明显发胖,食量增加。1983年初感右侧腹部不适,胀痛并逐渐隆起。之后相继出现前额部持续性胀痛,两下肢肿胀。4月22日患者突然倒地,意识丧失,两眼上翻,四肢阵发抽搐,伴尿失禁,约2分钟停止。间隔数分钟又发,2小时内共发11次。体检:体温36℃,血压180/116。呈向心性肥胖,满月脸,全身汗毛及头发浓密,背部有痤疮。上腹部隆起,以右侧明显,可触及10×10cm包块,质地较硬。
