现将收治的ANCA相关小血管炎16例分析如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本例男9例,女7例,年龄52~78岁。病程2~12个月,临床表现不一,其中有9例为肺部受累的患者,表现为近期明显出现咳嗽、咳痰,痰中带血,入院后查肾功能受损,尿中带血,4例为肾病综合征为首发症状,3例以急性肾衰直接入院
ANCA-related small vasculitis will now be treated in 16 cases analyzed as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The 9 cases of males and 7 females, aged 52 to 78 years. Course of 2 to 12 months, clinical manifestations vary, including 9 cases of lung involvement in patients with the performance of the recent obvious cough, sputum, bloody sputum, renal function check after admission, blood in the urine , 4 cases of nephrotic syndrome as the first symptom, 3 cases of acute renal failure directly admitted to hospital
