介绍了血药浓度在位检测仪的光路设计,重点阐述了如何降低光能的损耗。该仪器利用Y型光纤束把紫外光照射到血液中的药物上,再把药物发出的荧光收集并送到检测器,其信号供计算机实时采集。为了提高仪器探头的集光本领,在探头的端面处又粘一自聚焦透镜,从而可提高仪器的灵敏度以及测量精度。
The optical design of the in-position detector for blood concentration is introduced, and the loss of light energy is mainly described. The instrument uses the Y-type optical fiber bundle to irradiate the ultraviolet light to the medicine in the blood, then collects the fluorescence emitted by the medicine and sends it to the detector, and the signal is collected by the computer in real time. In order to improve the collecting ability of the instrument probe, a self-focusing lens is stuck on the end face of the probe, so as to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the instrument.
