硝喹Nitroquine(CI 679,简称679)对疟原虫的孢子增殖期有明显的阻断作用。临床试用证明硝喹可治愈现症患者,并对恶性疟的抗氯喹株有效。 喹哌Piperaquine和磷酸喹哌为长效抗疟制剂,经对恶性疟和间日疟的现场应用验证,证明均有良好疗效,且副作用小。 本实验通过观察药物对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响,为进一步探讨三种抗疟药的抗疟作用与机体免疫功能的相互关系。
Nitroquine (CI 679, referred to as 679) on the spores of Plasmodium proliferative phase had a significant blocking effect. Clinical trial proved that quinine can cure patients, and is effective against chloroquine falciparum. Piperaquine and quinpirol are long-acting anti-malaria agents, which have been proved to have good curative effect with low side effects by field application of falciparum malaria and Plasmodium vivax. In this study, the effect of drugs on the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages in mice was observed. To further explore the relationship between the anti-malarial effects of three anti-malarial drugs and the immune function.
