所谓党的执政理论并非泛指所有政党执政的理论,而是特指中国共产党的执政理论。党的执政理论“是以执政党如何掌握、运用国家权力为核心而形成的一整套思想体系,包括党的执政理念、执政基础、执政方略、执政体制、执政方式、执政资源等多方面内容。”它应该具有鲜明的价值取向、较强的实践性、历史和现实的合理性以及开放性的特征。
The so-called party’s governing theory does not refer to all the theory of party governance, but specifically refers to the ruling theory of the Chinese Communist Party. The ruling theory of the party “is a set of ideological system formed by how the ruling party masters and uses the state power as the core, including the ruling philosophy of the party, the ruling basis, the ruling strategy, the ruling system, the ruling style, the ruling resources and so on . ”It should have distinct values, strong practicality, historical and realistic rationality, and openness.
