文章从经济学说史的角度 ,阐述了政府与市场关系讨论的发展演变过程 ,指出在政府干预和自由市场经济这两大对立的经济学派兴衰交替的数百年经济学说发展史中 ,政府干预的范围在不断扩大之中。随后 ,从宏观经济与微观经济等方面分析研究了政府干预经济的根本原因与直接原因 ,比较详尽地叙述了政府在市场经济中的作用。最后 ,从我国经济体制改革和经济发展的实际情况出发 ,研究了我国政府在直接投资、宏观调控与对外经济关系等几方面的问题
From the perspective of economics, this essay expounds the development and evolution of the discussion about the relationship between government and market. It points out that in the history of hundreds of years of economic theory that the rise and fall of the two schools of economic oppression, government intervention and free market economy, The scope is constantly expanding.
