我们对23例患者30只眼施行无结膜瓣小梁切除术,经临床观察,取得良好效果,我们认为这种手术降压效果确切,炎症反应轻,无前房迟成现象,是个很有前景的抗青光眼手术。
We performed a non-conjunctival flap trabeculectomy in 30 eyes of 23 patients and achieved good results through clinical observation. We think this surgery has definite antihypertensive effect, mild inflammatory reaction and no late anterior chamber obstruction. This is a promising prospect Anti-glaucoma surgery.
