对捕收剂的硫化法和碱法再生进行了研究。对用TC作捕收剂的镍钴离子浮选和铜镍钴载体矿浆离子浮选,采用碱法再生TC,TC再生率约为55%。对用TC作捕收剂的铜矿浆离子浮选,采用硫化法再生TC,TC再生率约85%。再生捕收剂浮选效果好。用稀硫酸溶解再生TC的镍钴渣及铜镍钴渣可基本实现镍与钴及镍与铜钴的分离。
Vulcanization of collector and alkaline regeneration were studied. For the flotation of nickel and cobalt ions using TC as collector and the flotation of copper, nickel and cobalt carrier pulp, the regeneration of TC by alkali was achieved. The regeneration rate of TC was about 55%. For TC flotation of copper pulp ion flotation, regeneration of TC by sulfurization, TC regeneration rate of about 85%. Recycling collector flotation effect. Nickel and cobalt and nickel and copper and cobalt can be basically separated by dilute sulfuric acid to dissolve regenerated TC nickel and cobalt slag and copper nickel cobalt slag.
