药物不良事件的发生在逐年增多,其严重危害了患者健康。文章分析了药物不良事件发生的原因,并对药物不良事件提出预防措施,明确从制度上及建立数字化药房等方面着手,加强管理。
The incidence of adverse drug events increased year by year, which seriously jeopardized the health of patients. This article analyzes the causes of adverse drug events and puts forward preventive measures for adverse drug events. It clearly states that the management should be strengthened in terms of system and establishment of a digital pharmacy.
