社会心理学认为,人与人之间的信息传递与交流,需要在很好的心理认同和情感共振的基础上进行。我们所施教的对象,是生动活泼的青少年学生,他们的内心世界渴望丰富的情感体验、强烈的情感共鸣和适时的情感渲泄。我们所施教的课程,涉及学生心理,涉及学生与他人、与集体、与国家的关系,处处充满着浓烈的情感元素。所以,在思想品德课教学中,从教学设计到课堂教学到课后反馈,无一例外都少不了师生的情感投入。
Social psychology believes that the transmission and exchange of information between people need to be based on good psychological identity and emotional resonance. The objects we teach are lively teenage students whose inner world longs for a rich emotional experience, a strong emotional resonance and a timely emotional exhilaration. The courses we teach involve student psychology, involve students and others, with the collective, with the country, everywhere full of strong emotional elements. Therefore, in the teaching of ideological and moral character, from instructional design to classroom teaching to after-school feedback, without exception, are all the emotional inputs of teachers and students.
