氢化聚异戊二烯(HPIP)作为乙丙烯交替共聚的模型聚合物,其一些物理化学性质已有报道。虽然在许多研究中都涉及到它与溶剂如苯等的相互作用,但还没有深入地表征过。另一方面,无序共聚的乙丙橡胶与多种溶剂的相互作用,早有广泛而深入的研究,但所用的方法是经典的平衡溶胀法,即聚合物在溶液中的浓度(或体积分数)较低。实际上聚合物常行在稀薄的有机蒸汽气氛中使用的情况。 本文报道采用反相气相色谱法(IGC)测定HPIP-苯在60~100C的Flory-Huggins相互作用参数X.并线性外推求得25C时的X=0.795,表明在常温下HPIP-苯的相互作用很弱。
Hydrogenated polyisoprene (HPIP) as ethylene-propylene copolymer model polymer, some of its physicochemical properties have been reported. Although many studies have dealt with its interaction with solvents such as benzene, it has not been thoroughly characterized. On the other hand, extensive and intensive studies have been conducted on the interaction of disordered copolymerized ethylene-propylene rubbers with various solvents, but the classical equilibrium swelling method is used, that is, the polymer concentration in solution (or the volume fraction ) Is lower. In this paper, the Flory-Huggins interaction parameter X of HPIP-benzene at 60 ~ 100C was determined by reversed-phase gas chromatography (IGC) and the linear extrapolation was obtained at 25C with X = 0.795, indicating that the HPIP- Very weak.
