经济和社会的快速发展,促进了社会化分工的逐渐明确,在各个领域和各个行业,对人才的需求越来越清晰,对人才需求的类型呈现出多元化的需求状态。我国的教育体制与教育模式,在人才培养方面,需要以时代发展为要求,以社会需求为目标,培养多类型的社会建设人才。独立学院是是高等教育的重要组成部分,又有其本身特点,因而独立学院的教育思想和教育方法,既要与高等教育保持统一性,又要突出独立学院的优势和特征,即:以创新教学方法,保持教育教学的新颖性为主要要求。财务管理专业是独立学院设置的重点专业,实施分类培养模式,是职业发展的需要,是素质教育的要求,也是新时代教育与能力培养共同进步的标志。
