Human society is entering the information age. The original information stored and transmitted by various physical carriers is gradually digitizing. The development of computer technology, communication technology, high-density storage technology and multimedia technology has prompted the development of libraries from the traditional to the digital. The university digital library is an application platform that bears resources, organizes and delivers knowledge, and provides interactive information about teaching and learning. Strengthening the digital copyright protection can promote the healthy development of digital library.
