目的进行原子荧光光谱法测定茶叶中砷含量的不确定度评定。方法分析测定茶叶中砷含量的不确定度的来源以及分析方法和实验步骤对测定结果的影响。结果茶叶中砷含量为(0.289±0.0 050)mg/Kg,P=95%,其相对不确定度为0.86%。结论在实际工作中对原子荧光光谱法进行不确定度评定可定量评估测定结果的可信度。
Aim To evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of arsenic in tea by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The sources of the uncertainty in the determination of arsenic in tea and the influence of the analytical and experimental procedures on the determination results were analyzed. Results The content of arsenic in tea was (0.289 ± 0.0 050) mg / Kg, P = 95%. The relative uncertainty was 0.86%. Conclusion In practice, the uncertainty of atomic fluorescence spectrometry can be assessed quantitatively to assess the reliability of the results.
