资源委员会是国民党属于政权机关又兼营企业的特殊机构,是国民政府的管理和主办重工业建设的最重要单位。本文主要通过抗日战争时期资源委员会的扩展以及与德、美国家的经济联系来评述资源委员会在抗日战争中的作用。
The resource committee is a special institution of the Kuomintang that belongs to the organs of state power and concurrently run enterprises. It is the most important unit for the management of the Kuomintang government and for the construction of heavy industry. This paper mainly reviews the role of resource committee in the War of Resistance Against Japan during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression through the expansion of Resource Committee and the economic relations with German and American countries.
