基础教育改革的全面推进和西部“两基”攻坚战的启动,对目前农村中小学教师队伍总体素质不高、教育资源缺乏、教师缺乏继续学习和不断提高水平的支持体系的现状提出了挑战。本文提出在建设农村现代远程教育系统的同时,应注意农村现代远程教育可持续发展的支持系统的建设,发挥地方师范大学在支持系统中的重要作用,从而提高农村远程教育的效益,实现我国农村基础教育的跨越式发展。
The all-round promotion of basic education reform and the start-up of the “two bastions” in western China have posed challenges for the current status quo of the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas, the lack of educational resources, and the lack of continuous learning and continual improvement of teachers’ support system. This paper puts forward that while building a modern distance education system in rural areas, we should pay attention to the construction of a support system for the sustainable development of modern distance education in rural areas and give play to the important role of local normal universities in the support system so as to improve the effectiveness of distance education in rural areas and realize the rural areas in our country Leap-forward development of basic education.
