水是生命之源,是人类赖以生存和发展最为宝贵的自然资源。我国水资源总量为2.81万亿m3,人均水资源占有量为2251m3,不及世界人均占有量的1/4,是世界上公认的13个水资源匮乏地区之一。进入21世纪以来,随着社会经济的不断发展和人口的不断增长,水资源短缺成为全世界最为突出的问题之一,许多大城市都面临着水资源短缺的问题,如何合理有效地利用水资源是摆在人们面前的头等大事之一。本文主要阐述了乐清市水资源管理中的问题。
Water is the source of life and the most precious natural resource upon which human beings depend for survival and development. The total amount of water resources in our country is 2.81 trillion m3, and the per capita water resource occupies 2251 m3, less than 1/4 of the world average. It is one of the 13 recognized water-scarce regions in the world. Since the 21st century, with the continuous development of economy and population, the shortage of water resources has become one of the most prominent problems in the world. Many large cities are faced with the problem of water shortage and how to use water resources reasonably and effectively It is one of the top priorities in front of people. This article mainly expounds the problems in Yueqing water resources management.
