为了探明影响麻核桃坐果的内在因素,以涞水县郭各庄村7个麻核桃品种为试验材料,测定了花粉生活力、柱头可授性,并调查了不同授粉组合的坐果情况。结果表明:“百花山”、“麦穗虎头”、“鸡心”和“白狮子头”4个品种的花粉生活力均较低,仅在23.25%~28.52%,分别以这4个品种为父本,以“磨盘狮子头”、“盘龙纹虎头”和“南将石”品种为母本的授粉组合中,均以“鸡心”品种为父本的坐果率最高,分别为5.31%、11.19%和8.98%,均显著高于其它杂交组合;在雌花开放的不同时期进行人工授粉,“磨盘狮子头”、“盘龙纹虎头”和“南将石”品种的柱头可授性均在八字期最强,分别以这3个品种为母本,以“鸡心”品种为父本授粉组合的坐果率均以八字期授粉达最高,分别为4.98%、11.93%和7.74%,极显著高于初开期和翻卷期。
In order to find out the internal factors that affect the fruit setting of hemp walnut, we measured the pollen viability and stigma receptivity of seven hemp walnut cultivars in Guogezhuang village, Huangshui County and investigated the fruit setting of different pollination combinations.
