近来,随着一些如幼儿园的学前教育机构由公办转为企业,在全社会上也引发了一系列的关注。学前教育企业化经营是教育的改革和创举。一方面,这种做法将提升学前教育的自主性,增强教育机构的竞争力;另一方面,企业化管理会导致利益冲突与监管漏洞。所以,学前教育的企业化经营是把双刃剑,既为学前教育的发展提供动力,又弱化了学前教育的基础性和教育性。本文从学前教育企业化经营的概述入手,探讨了学前教育企业化的优势和存在的问题,并提出部分应对策略。
Recently, as some preschool education institutions such as kindergartens have shifted from public offices to enterprises, they have also caused a series of concerns in the whole society. The pre-school education enterprise management is the reform and pioneering of education. On the one hand, this approach will enhance the autonomy of preschool education and enhance the competitiveness of educational institutions; on the other hand, enterprise management will lead to conflicts of interest and regulatory loopholes. Therefore, the pre-school business management is a double-edged sword, both for the development of pre-school education to provide a driving force, but also weakened the pre-primary education and basic education. This article starts with an overview of pre-school enterprise management, discusses the advantages and problems of pre-school enterpriseization and puts forward some countermeasures.
