以盆栽试验方式研究了暗棕壤、黑土、白浆土、黑钙土、盐碱土等不同类型土壤对小粒大豆生长发育、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:暗棕壤和黑土培育的小粒大豆在株高、植株鲜重、干物质积累、叶面积指数、根鲜重、有效根瘤数量等方面明显优于其他类型土壤。单株产量以暗棕壤培育的小粒大豆最高,达12.65g/株,黑土培育的小粒大豆次之,为12.32g/株。蛋白质含量、脂肪+蛋白质含量以暗棕壤培育的小粒大豆最高,为44.22%和59.93%。脂肪含量以白浆土培育的小粒大豆最多,达15.72%。黑土培育的小粒大豆脂肪+蛋白质含量为59.81%,仅次于暗棕壤。
Pot experiments were carried out to study the effects of different types of soils, such as dark brown soil, black soil, albic soil, chernozem, saline soil and so on, on the growth, yield and quality of small soybean. The results showed that small-sized soybean cultivated in dark brown soil and black soil was obviously superior to other soil types in plant height, fresh weight of plant, dry matter accumulation, leaf area index, root fresh weight and effective nodule number. The yield of small-sized soybean cultivated in dark brown soil per plant was the highest, reaching 12.65g / plant, followed by black soil-grown small-sized soybean, 12.32g / plant. Protein content, fat + protein content of dark brown soil cultivated soybean was the highest, 44.22% and 59.93%. Fat content of albacore soil cultivation of small grains up to 15.72%. Black soil cultivated small-grained soybean fat + protein content of 59.81%, second only to dark brown soil.
