6月12日至13日,由西南政法大学、重庆市人民检察院第一分院联合主办的“侦查取证与人权保护”理论研讨会在重庆召开,来自全国人大、中国社会科学院、中国政法大学等立法机关、高等院校、科研机构与公安、检察机关等实务界的代表共40余人参加了研讨会。与会代表围绕“现代侦查技术的运用与人权保护”、“侦查程序中的律师帮助”、“侦查取证权力的司法控制”等四个主题,进行了深入、热烈的探讨。
From June 12 to June 13, the Symposium on “Investigation and Forensics and Protection of Human Rights” co-sponsored by Southwest University of Political Science and Law and the First Branch of Chongqing People's Procuratorate was held in Chongqing. Legislation from the NPC, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and China University of Political Science and Law More than 40 representatives from organs, institutions of higher learning, research institutes, public security organs and prosecution agencies attended the seminar. The participants discussed deeply and enthusiastically on the four topics of “the application of modern investigative techniques and the protection of human rights,” “lawyer assistance in investigation proceedings,” and “judicial control over the power of investigative forensics.”
