案例教学法是一种“互动式”的新型教学方法,在调动学生积极性和主动性、激发学生创造性思维,提高分析问题、解决问题的能力方面,具有其他教学方法无法比拟的优点。笔者在自己多年的经济法教学实践中就如何将案例教学法运用于经济法教学,总结了若干经验体会。
