软件企业在国外有“骑在牛背上的企业”之称,在国内则有“走在钢丝绳上的企业”之称,这些都形象地表明软件业充满了风险与竞争。软件企业专业人员的高流动性和高成本在很大程度上影响了其竞争优势,因此,如何有效地留住其专业人员乃成为非常迫切的课题。文章结合我国软件企业的发展现状及软件专业人员特点,分析软件专业人员流动的主要原因,在此基础上,研究提出了有效保留软件专业人员的方法。
Software companies in foreign countries have “riding in the back of the company,” said in the country there are “walking on the wire rope business,” said these are the image that the software industry is full of risks and competition. The high liquidity and high cost of software enterprise professionals have greatly affected their competitive advantages. Therefore, how to effectively retain their professionals has become a very urgent issue. This article analyzes the main reasons for the flow of software professionals based on the current situation of software enterprises in our country and the characteristics of software professionals. On this basis, the author puts forward a method to effectively retain the software professionals.
