目的:分析2001-2009年容县病毒性肝炎流行现状,为预防和控制病毒性肝炎提供科学依据。方法:运用描述流行病学的方法对病毒性肝炎疫情分析。结果:2001-2009年容县累计报告病毒性肝炎5 194例,年平均发病率为96.14/10万,发病率呈增长趋势,发病率波动在(74.60～123.42)/10万之间。结论:2001-2009年容县病毒性肝炎发病率呈逐年上升趋势,应加大经费投入,重视健康教育,加强疫苗接种工作,做好血液制品、安全注射和卫生监督与管理工作。
Objective: To analyze the prevalence of viral hepatitis in Rong County from 2001 to 2009 and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of viral hepatitis. Methods: An epidemiological analysis of viral hepatitis was conducted using a descriptive epidemiological approach. Results: A total of 5 194 cases of viral hepatitis were reported from Yung County in 2001-2009. The average annual incidence rate was 96.14 / 100 000. The incidence rate showed an increasing trend with the incidence fluctuating between 74.60 and 123.42 / 100 000. CONCLUSION: The incidence of viral hepatitis in Yung County increased year by year from 2001 to 2009. More funding should be given to education, health education should be emphasized, vaccination should be strengthened, and blood products, safe injections and health supervision and management should be done.
