目的:探讨恶性实体肿瘤相关性贫血的治疗方案。方法:选取2010年5月至2013年12月间于我院治疗恶性实体肿瘤的病患共计40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用促红细胞生成素(Erythropoietin,简称EPO)对贫血症状进行治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察并分析结果。结果:治疗组总体治疗效果明显优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:我院在治疗恶性肿瘤的同时,针对贫血症状进行治疗,取得良好效果,此类治疗方案值得临床广泛推广以及深入研究。
Objective: To investigate the treatment of malignant solid tumor associated anemia. Methods: A total of 40 patients with malignant solid tumors in our hospital from May 2010 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Erythropoietin (EPO) was used in the treatment group Anemia symptoms were treated, the control group were given routine care, observe and analyze the results. Results: The overall curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions: While treating malignant tumors in our hospital, we treat the anemia symptoms and obtain good results. Such treatment programs deserve extensive clinical promotion and in-depth study.
