目的:建立气相色谱法测定乳香风湿气雾剂中二甲苯麝香含量。方法:采用以交联5%苯基甲基聚合硅胶氧烷为固定相的毛细管柱,ECD检测;程序升温初始温度160℃,以6℃·min-1升至230℃,再以30℃·min-1升至300℃,保持3 min;进样口温度230℃,检测器温度300℃。结果:二甲苯麝香浓度在0.4~5.0μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=5)为96.2%,RSD为4.5%。结论:该方法简便、快速,结果准确可靠,可用于乳香风湿气雾剂中二甲苯麝香的限量检查。
Objective: To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of musk xylene in frankincense rheumatic aerosol. METHODS: ECD was performed on a capillary column with a cross-linked 5% phenylmethylpolysiloxane as the stationary phase. The programmed temperature was raised to 160 ℃, then to 230 ℃ at 6 ℃ · min-1, and then to 30 ℃ · min-1 to 300 ° C for 3 min; inlet temperature 230 ° C, detector temperature 300 ° C. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of xylene and musk in the range of 0.4-5.0 μg · mL-1. The average recovery was 96.2% (n = 5) and the RSD was 4.5%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the limit test of xylene musk in frankincense rheumatic aerosol.
