用纤维加强水泥和混凝土,实在不是一个新概念。早在使用一般波特兰水泥混凝土之前,已在砖里加入稻草和在灰浆里加入头发。但是,仅在最近十五年才认真考虑用人造纤维以改进常用的、可模造的建筑材料如混凝土的作用。 在混凝土中加入纤维以提高材料的多种工程性质如断裂韧度、抗疲劳、抗碰撞、抗挠强度等,是一种方便的和实用的方法。从作为对新鲜混凝土体的整体提供增强作用这一概念的同时,可以作为产品和部件的制作提供有利条件。
The use of fiber to strengthen concrete and concrete is really not a new concept. As early as before using ordinary Portland cement concrete, straw was added to the bricks and hair was added to the mortar. However, the use of man-made fibers was only seriously considered in the last fifteen years to improve the function of commonly used, moldable building materials such as concrete. It is a convenient and practical method to add fibers in concrete to improve various engineering properties of materials such as fracture toughness, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, flexural strength, and the like. From the concept of providing reinforcement to the whole body of fresh concrete, it can provide favorable conditions for the production of products and components.
