1996年9月至1998年10月,我院对6例先天性心脏病、房间隔缺损病人在体外循环下前经右侧胸前外侧小切口行房间隔缺损修补术,效果较好。现报道如下。临床资料一、一般资料:男4例,女2例;年龄8～10岁。体重26～34kg。均在术前经心脏彩色多普勒超声心动图检查,诊断为继发孔型房间隔缺损,直径2～2.8cm。二、手术方法:气管插管静脉复合全麻后取向左侧倾斜45°卧位。右侧胸第3肋间锁骨中线至腋中线切
