海峡西岸城市群的形成是海峡西岸经济区经济社会发展的自然反映,海峡西岸城市群规划则是海峡西岸经济区空间布局定位与空间结构优化的基本要求。海峡西岸城市群规划的政策涵义包括:政策概况、政策框架及要点等方面。近年来海峡西岸城市群及其规划虽然大有起色,但也存在不少问题,要采取积极的应对措施进一步推动海峡西岸城市群的发展。
The formation of urban agglomerations in the west coast of the Taiwan Straits is a natural reflection of the economic and social development in the economic zone on the west side of the Straits and the planning for the urban agglomerations in the west coast of the Taiwan Straits is the basic requirement for spatial distribution and spatial structure optimization in the economic zone on the western coast of the Taiwan Straits. The policy implications of planning for the urban agglomeration on the west side of the Straits include: policy overview, policy framework and key points. Although the urban agglomerations and their planning in the west coast of the Straits have greatly improved in recent years, there are still many problems to be solved. We must take active measures to further promote the development of urban agglomerations in the west coast of the Straits.
