在信息社会中,信息技术占有最重要的地位,是当代先进生产力的重要组成部分之一,它对经济增长、产业结构调整和优化、科技和教育发展、社会进步以及国家综合国力都发挥着直接而又深远的影响。那么怎样理解信息社会,又如何看待信息技术和产业对国家发展的重要意义呢?就这样两个问题进行粗浅论述。
